"Paisagem Submersa" is a documentary short film that attempts to encapsulate the impact of a new Hydroelectric Power Station that was built in a small village in rural Portugal, and how it affected the local communities that had built their lives by the river and the resources it provided.It's aestetic is very raw and natural to match the simple way people live in those remote rural areas.
